At LQ Resorts, we want you to feel as confident in your vacation wardrobe as you do in the sun. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
